Approved and signed off samples are considered acceptance of the wood species, stain colour and shine grade on the Door package, furthermore, the customer understands and accepts the fact that Natural materials have variable densities, pigments and textures and even though every efford has been made to ensure consistency in the wood grade, the colours and the finishing process; there will be pieces that look and/or feel different than the Approved and signed off samples.
Our commitmet to our customers is to work together to find an alternative piece that resembles one of the pieces within the approved samples. It is in our best interes to mantain and keep building a reputation as one of the best in the Custom Home Industry.
RAMBER should not be held accountable nor sued for any of these unintended fails.
Door Structure is considered accepted once the pre-production order is placed but it can be modified within the following 3 calendar days. The Door structure update needs to be recalculated to match the production order advance. Normaly if done within this timeframe the update should not cause delays in production starting date.
